January 31—Jimmy Keys

Comedian and Musician Jimmy Keys is known for his high energy variety show featuring comedy, visual musical impressions, and Broadway tunes. Born in Kent, England, Jimmy studied classical piano and played in school bands. Later, he performed in clubs with different pop, soul, and rock groups. When he was 20, Jimmy became a professional musician touring with one of the post Beatle bands that were popular in the 60s. In the early 70s, Jimmy toured Europe with artists like Ben E. King, Eddie Floyd and Percy Sledge. Later, with his own band, he worked throughout Eurpose recording at the famous Abbey Road Studio in London. In the 80s, Jimmy became a solo performer and spent time in Bermuda where he worked for over five years. He then came to the US where he has opened for Willie Nelse, Tom Jones, and others. Jimmy performed at St. Raphael’s before Ian and was very well received. This will be a fun-filled evening with good food and entertainment. Join us for dinner and Jimmy.
